How do I get in touch?

We love phone calls! Give us a call at (651) 696-2993 or send us a message through our website. We return messages as promptly as possible during business hours.

What are your hours of operation?

Our floral design studio and boutique is open Tuesday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, and Saturday, 10 am-2 pm, or by appointment.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! In-store pickup is available during business hours, Tuesday through Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Can I schedule a delivery?

Yes! Many people order arrangements ahead of time and want them delivered on a specific day.

When ordering online, please indicate the day you’d like your order to be delivered during checkout.

If flowers are needed by a specific time, please call us at 651.696.2993, and we can schedule a courier service.

How long do orders take to be delivered?

We prefer an advance of 24 hours to complete designs. Orders are delivered all day between Tuesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) can receive same-day, priority delivery.

When ordering online, please indicate the day you’d like your order to be delivered during checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the Twin Cities metro. You can find more specific information about deliveries on our Delivery page.

I'm not in your delivery area. Can you deliver it to me?

If you’re outside our delivery area, it is likely that we can still deliver to you for an additional fee (depending on how far you are). Please call us before placing your order – we’ll find a pickup or delivery plan that works for you.

What happens if I place an order when you're closed?

Orders placed on Sundays or Mondays are prioritized for a Tuesday delivery or, on the date you specify, Tuesday – Saturday.

Can I pick the items in a Gift Box?

Flowers and gifts included in our boutique boxes change frequently depending on what’s in season, and we regularly update our gift items. When you order with us, you’re hiring our team of experts to create the perfect gift for you. Make sure you tell us your preferences in the “note to seller” at checkout, and we’ll pick items that suit your taste!

What if I want something very specific?

The beauty of being a made-to-order, custom shop is that we can cater to your needs. Call us at (651) 696-2993 and we’ll find the perfect solution for you, otherwise, our team will select the best of the season from our gathered daily selection of fresh flowers.

What other services do you offer?

We would be delighted to come to your home or business to do seasonal custom outdoor or patio installations.

We also offer in-home floral design. Choose your favorite containers, and we will bring the flowers to you and work on-site. Give us a call to discuss options!

My wedding/special event is outside of the Twin Cities, do you travel?

Indeed we do! We’ve done many weddings around Minnesota and in Western Wisconsin. We could also send a design team to travel out of the area for your destination wedding. Give us a call at 651.696.2993 or fill out this form, and we can discuss all of the possibilities!
