Are you open?
Yes! Although our storefront is closed to the public (due to COVID-19), we are still busy designing and making deliveries. You can order online or over the phone. We're very much in business thanks to a wonderfully supportive community.
What does the delivery radius mean?
All of our orders are sent out from our St. Paul based studio and delivered by a member of our small team. The radius represents the locations we can accommodate without taking time away from designing. Delivery is free for those inside the radius! See more information on our Delivery page.
I'm not in the delivery radius. Can you deliver to me?
If you're outside the radius, we can most likely deliver to you for an additional fee (depending on how far you are). Please call us before placing your order. We'll find a pickup or delivery plan that works for you.
I'm out of state. Can I still order from Martha's Gardens?
Unfortunately, our designs can not be delivered outside of Minnesota. But don't fret! We can help partner you with a florist in your area who matches our design standard. Your arrangement won't come from our studio, but we can guarantee that you'll receive exactly what you're looking for from one of our colleagues.
Why can't I pick the items in a Gift Box?
Items included in Gift Boxes change frequently with what's in season. When you order with us, you're hiring our team of experts to create the perfect gift for you. Make sure you tell us your preferences in the "note to seller" and we'll pick items that suit your taste!
What if I want something very specific?
The beauty of being a made-to-order, custom shop is that we can cater to your needs. Call us at (651) 696-2993 and we'll find the perfect solution for you.
How do I get in touch with Martha?
How long do orders take to be delivered?
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) can receive same day, priority delivery. In the note to seller, during checkout, please indicate the day you'd like your order to be delivered. We prefer 24 to 48 hours to complete designs. Orders are delivered all day between Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Can I schedule a delivery?
Yes! Many people order arrangements ahead of time and want them delivered on the day of the event. In the note to seller, during checkout, indicate what day you'd like your gift to be delivered. Please note: we aren't able to schedule specific delivery times.
Can I pick up my order?
Curbside pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday. (We're closed on Sundays and Mondays).
What happens if I place an order when you're closed?
Orders placed on Sundays or Mondays are prioritized for a Tuesday delivery.
Why can't I come into the store?
Due to COVID-19, we had to close the storefront to minimize costs and to ensure the safety of our clients. We hope to re-open the studio soon!
